Paali Kerala – Verified Elder-Care and Caregiver Support
Paali Kerala is a Kerala-based elder-care facilitation and caregiver-support led by the Centre for Inclusion Standards and Practice Private Limited (CISP). The project connects families with verified caregivers and supports families through Kerala NGO partners that conduct eligibility checks, home-safety assessments, monthly welfare visits and follow-up support. Two partner organisations from Northeast India may identify and refer eligible caregivers for work in Kerala.
Who can participate:
Registered NGOs, charitable trusts, registered societies or Section 8 companies with a valid legal identity, relevant experience and the capacity to provide safe, accountable and non-medical community-based support.

02Rural Tourism, Women’s Empowerment & Disability Inclusion
Village to Go – Community-Based Cultural Tourism and Inclusive Livelihoods
Village to Go is a CISP-supported digital platform that connects tourists with trained women, persons with disabilities and participating NGOs offering local cultural experiences, traditional food, village activities and community-based tourism services.
Who can participate:
Registered NGOs, charitable trusts, registered societies and Section 8 companies working with women, persons with disabilities, rural communities, livelihoods, tourism, culture or skill development. Organisations should have local community presence and the capacity to coordinate safe and genuine tourism experiences.

Who can participate:
Registered NGOs, charitable trusts, societies and Section 8 companies working with community enterprises, artisans, women’s groups, persons with disabilities, farmers, producer collectives, self-help groups or livelihood-development programmes may apply.
Applicants must have access to genuine, lawful and quality-controlled products and demonstrate the capacity to manage product information, inventory, packaging, order fulfilment, financial records and customer complaints.
04Inclusive Education, Disability, Parenting and Life-Skills Development
CISP ParentBridge – Inclusive Parenting, Social Skills and Life Skills Learning Platform
ParentBridge is a CISP-supported digital learning platform that will enable eligible NGOs working in education and disability inclusion to develop and deliver structured courses for parents, caregivers and families.
The courses will help parents support children across different life stages through practical learning in communication, social interaction, self-care, basic life skills, emotional well-being, personal safety, digital safety, independent living and transition-to-adulthood preparation.
Up to 40 NGOs will be selected as course-development and implementation partners. Participating NGOs may earn course-based revenue in accordance with learner enrolment, verified delivery and the written revenue-sharing agreement. Selection or participation does not guarantee enrolment, fixed income or minimum revenue.
Who can participate:
Registered NGOs, charitable trusts, societies and Section 8 companies working in disability inclusion, inclusive education, special education, child development, parent training, community-based rehabilitation, mental health, social work or family-support services may apply.
The organisation should have qualified or demonstrably experienced professionals capable of developing and delivering responsible, age-appropriate and accessible learning programmes for parents and caregivers.
Organisations primarily engaged in religious propagation, political campaigning or activities unrelated to education, disability inclusion, child development or family support will not be considered under this project.
