Paali Kerala is a revenue-based, non-medical elder-care facilitation service for families living in Kerala. The pilot will initially work with 10 selected Kerala NGOs for family verification, home-safety assessment, monthly visits, caregiver monitoring and local support. Two experienced organisations from Northeast India may support caregiver identification and referral. The service is designed for families who need reliable support for parents and senior citizens, and for caregivers seeking genuine work opportunities in Kerala. Services may include companionship, daily-living assistance, hospital accompaniment, medicine-pickup coordination, family updates, emergency coordination and caregiver replacement support. Medical diagnosis, treatment, nursing procedures and medical decisions will be provided only by qualified professionals and are outside the ordinary scope of this pilot. CISP will provide the Paali digital platform, service framework, caregiver and family forms, standard operating procedures, training, reporting tools, customer support and quality-monitoring system. Kerala NGO partners will conduct local family eligibility checks and monthly visits. Northeast referral partners will only identify and refer caregivers who satisfy Paali’s verification requirements. This is not a grant, donation, CSR programme, franchise, employment guarantee or guaranteed-income scheme. It is a paid service model. Any payment to an NGO will be made only for agreed and verified services under a written agreement. Actual revenue and partner earnings will depend on customer demand, approved assignments, successful service delivery and applicable terms. Paali Kerala does not guarantee employment, income, caregiver availability, medical outcomes or uninterrupted service. Paali facilitates verification, matching, monitoring and support through approved partners. All services are subject to family requirements, caregiver availability, service terms and successful verification.
Paali Kerala is a paid service model. Families will pay applicable service charges through the approved Paali payment process. Kerala execution partners may receive a fixed monitoring or service-delivery fee for approved and verified activities such as family eligibility assessment, home-safety assessment, monthly welfare visits, caregiver coordination and follow-up reporting. Caregiver-referral partners may receive an agreed referral or verification fee only where permitted by the written agreement and after successful verification and placement. Payments will not be treated as grants, donations, CSR funds, funding commissions or guaranteed monthly income. Applicable taxes, refunds, payment-gateway charges and approved direct service costs will be handled according to the signed agreement. Partner payments will depend on actual customer demand, approved assignments, verified delivery and service quality.
