The project will support selected NGOs to identify and train women and persons with disabilities in local tourism, guiding, hospitality, digital communication and visitor support. Through the Village to Go platform, participating NGOs can display local destinations, community experiences, traditional food, cultural activities, photographs, videos and service information.
Tourists can discover and enquire about nearby village experiences. Participating NGOs and local service providers may coordinate guiding, accommodation, food and visitor facilities according to availability. CISP will provide the digital platform, training support, content structure and quality guidelines. CISP does not guarantee bookings, income, employment, accommodation, transport or service outcomes.
Earn through project implementation
Revenue may be generated through confirmed tourist bookings, guided experiences, cultural activities, food experiences, accommodation and other approved local services. Payments will be made according to the agreed service and revenue-sharing terms. Actual income will depend on customer demand, availability, confirmed bookings and successful service delivery. CISP does not guarantee income, bookings or employment.
Who can apply
Eligibility criteria
Registered NGOs, charitable trusts, registered societies and Section 8 companies working with women, persons with disabilities, rural communities, livelihoods, tourism, culture or skill development. Organisations should have local community presence and the capacity to coordinate safe and genuine tourism experiences.

Minimum 3 years of relevant organisational experience
Local community presence in the proposed tourism location
Experience working with women, persons with disabilities or rural communities
Ability to identify and train local participants
Ability to coordinate genuine cultural or village experiences
Valid registration and governance documents
Designated project coordinator
Willingness to follow safety, accessibility and reporting standards
Ability to provide accurate photos, videos and service information
Willingness to sign an execution agreement with CISP
