CISP is a social impact startup supporting NGOs, schools and other mission-driven institutions to improve readiness, design effective programmes and create sustainable operating pathways.
Our role
We work alongside institutional teams to turn purpose into practical systems. This includes opportunity intelligence, project planning, evidence-based proposal development, governance readiness, documentation, monitoring and ethical revenue-model design.
What we are—and what we are not
CISP is an institutional capacity-building and project-design organisation. We are not a grant-maker, funding provider, broker or commission-based intermediary. We never guarantee selection, funding or approval. Our responsibility is to improve clarity, readiness and the quality of institutional action.
