CISP ParentBridge – Inclusive Parenting, Social Skills and Life Skills Learning Platform

ParentBridge is a CISP-supported digital learning platform that will enable eligible NGOs working in education and disability inclusion to develop and deliver structured courses for parents, caregivers and families. The courses will help parents support children across different life stages through practical learning in communication, social interaction, self-care, basic life skills, emotional well-being, personal safety, digital safety, independent living and transition-to-adulthood preparation. Up to 40 NGOs will be selected as course-development and implementation partners. Participating NGOs may earn course-based revenue in accordance with learner enrolment, verified delivery and the written revenue-sharing agreement. Selection or participation does not guarantee enrolment, fixed income or minimum revenue.

CISP ParentBridge is an inclusive digital training and family-support initiative designed for parents, caregivers and family members of children with disabilities and children requiring additional educational, developmental or social support. The platform will bring together eligible NGOs with practical experience in disability inclusion, special education, child development, parent counselling, community-based rehabilitation and life-skills education. Selected NGO partners will be able to design and deliver structured digital courses and parent-support programmes through the platform developed and managed by CISP. Courses may support families during early childhood, middle childhood, adolescence and the transition to adulthood. Course topics may include communication and social interaction, behaviour support, emotional regulation, personal hygiene, self-care, household routines, safety awareness, digital safety, puberty and relationship education, money management, community participation, independent living, vocational readiness and caregiver well-being. All programmes must be educational, evidence-informed, accessible, respectful and appropriate to the child’s age, disability, communication needs and cultural context. Content must not make unverified medical, therapeutic, behavioural or developmental claims. Up to 40 eligible NGOs will be onboarded through a structured application, due-diligence and course-quality review process. Final selection will depend on organisational experience, subject expertise, trainer qualifications, safeguarding capacity, digital readiness and compliance with CISP’s content, accessibility, privacy and delivery standards. CISP will provide the digital platform, course-development framework, technical onboarding, content-quality review, accessibility guidance, digital-delivery training, learner-management tools and monitoring support. Approved NGO partners may receive a share of eligible course revenue generated from confirmed learner enrolments and successfully delivered programmes. The applicable course price, deductions and revenue-sharing ratio will be disclosed and agreed in writing before a course is published. Revenue will depend on learner demand, course approval, enrolment, attendance, completion and verified delivery. CISP does not guarantee enrolment, funding, employment, fixed income or minimum revenue.

Earn through project implementation

Approved NGO partners may earn course-based revenue from confirmed and successfully completed learner enrolments. The course fee, eligible deductions, refund conditions, payment cycle and revenue-sharing ratio will be transparently stated in the written partner agreement before publication of the course. Revenue distribution will be based on verified enrolment, attendance, delivery, learner-support records and applicable cancellation or refund adjustments. Payment will not be calculated solely on uploading course content. Courses must be approved, published, enrolled in and delivered according to the agreed quality standards. Course approval or NGO onboarding does not guarantee learner enrolment, fixed payments, grants, employment, minimum revenue or continued platform listing.

Who can apply

Eligibility criteria

Registered NGOs, charitable trusts, societies and Section 8 companies working in disability inclusion, inclusive education, special education, child development, parent training, community-based rehabilitation, mental health, social work or family-support services may apply. The organisation should have qualified or demonstrably experienced professionals capable of developing and delivering responsible, age-appropriate and accessible learning programmes for parents and caregivers. Organisations primarily engaged in religious propagation, political campaigning or activities unrelated to education, disability inclusion, child development or family support will not be considered under this project.

Legally registered NGO, charitable trust, society or Section 8 company
Minimum three years of relevant organisational experience preferred
Demonstrated work in disability, inclusive education, special education, child development or parent support
Qualified special educators, therapists, psychologists, social workers, counsellors or experienced subject specialists
Capacity to develop structured and accessible digital learning content
Valid registration, PAN, bank-account and organisational-governance documents
Documented child-protection and safeguarding procedures
Ability to obtain informed parental or caregiver consent when required
Capacity to protect children’s and families’ personal information
Commitment to non-discrimination, dignity, accessibility and reasonable accommodation
Agreement to CISP’s content-review, trainer-verification and course-approval process
Ability to maintain course, trainer, enrolment, attendance, feedback and payment records
No substantiated history of child abuse, financial misconduct or serious regulatory non-compliance
Programmes must not promote religious conversion, political campaigning or unrelated commercial activities

Partner NGO responsibility

Appoint a qualified project coordinator and verified course trainers
Submit accurate organisational, trainer and professional-qualification documents
Develop original, age-appropriate, accessible and evidence-informed course content
Obtain written permission for all third-party materials, photographs, videos and learning resources
Obtain informed consent before collecting or using information relating to children or families
Protect children’s identities and avoid unnecessary collection or display of sensitive information
Follow applicable child-protection, disability, privacy, intellectual-property and consumer-protection requirements
Maintain compliance with the POCSO Act, Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act and applicable data-protection requirements
Prohibit abusive, discriminatory, humiliating or coercive teaching practices
Avoid unverified claims of cure, guaranteed improvement, diagnosis or therapeutic outcomes
Clearly disclose trainer qualifications, course scope, fees and limitations
Provide appropriate accessibility and reasonable accommodation for learners
Maintain enrolment, attendance, delivery, feedback, complaint and financial records
Report safeguarding concerns, data incidents and serious complaints immediately through the CISP escalation process
Participate in periodic course-quality and compliance reviews
Use course revenue only in accordance with the organisation’s governing documents, applicable law and written partnership agreement
Maintain professional indemnity or other appropriate insurance where required by law, contract or the nature of the service
